Our team has been in the "meat business" for 20+ years each. After spending several years making jerky for other brands we knew we could make a better quality product and bring something new to the jerky category. Our original idea was a zero sugar jerky that was not only better for you, but tasted great. (check out our sister brand THRIVE Jerky). This idea turned out to be a lengthy process so while we worked on that we developed our Bourbon Jerky. Located in the heart of Bourbon Country,  Bourbon Jerky was a logical choice. Using authentic aged Kentucky Bourbon barrel staves to slow smoke our jerky we developed a tender jerky (but not too tender) that could be enjoyed by all... BOURBON for EVERYONE!
